For instance, the small pitch of 40 by 20 metres with an artificial lawn as well as varied sports equipment, located right on the doorstep, generates ideal training conditions.

In proximity of our house you`ll find 4 gyms, a track and field stadium and a football ground. It`ll get boozy at the Bevertal-dam or in the Walter-Leo-Schmitz pool! Either at swimming, sailing, diving or fishing- here one can live it up to one`s heart`s content in, at or on the water! For lovers of nature, hikers and Nordic Walkers there are varied topic-paths as well as old pilgrim- and trade routes quasi right on the doorstep. And whoever is more likely on the road on two wheels, will find the perfect route with the cycle network amidst dams and green heights.
