The climatic health resort of Menzenschwand is located in a high valley at the foot of the Feldberg, right on the edge of the largest nature reserve in Baden- Württemberg. The youth hostel, a former farmhouse, is situated at an altitude of 860 m in the Vorderdorf district.
Arriving by public transport
The nearest railway station is either Schluchsee-Aha or Schuchsee-Seebrugg. Public bus service from there (in Aha only in the summer). A group transfer from Aha station to the hostel and back is possible for a fee (from €7 per person per round trip).You can walk to the youth hostel by getting off at the Menzenschwand-Vorderdorf stop and then walking about 250 m to the right towards the entrance of the village.

Arriving by car
You can get to St Blaise-Menzenschwand by car by taking the B31 to Titisee-Neustadt, then continue on the B500 via Barental-Altglashütten as far as Aha and from there take the 168A. The hostel is in the Vorderdorf district of Menzenschwand.Mit KONUS gratis durch den Schwarzwald
