Seebrugg is a district of the municipality of Schluchsee and lies at the southeastern end of the lake, 930 m above sea level. The altitude of the village and the scenery - with mountains and valleys - make for attractive hiking and sightseeing excursions. Seebrugg is an ideal holiday resort at any time of the year.

Arriving by car/bus
If you are coming from Stuttgart or the Lake Constance region, take the A81 to Geisingen; here, change to the B31 towards Freiburg. In Hüfingen you have choice between state road (Landesstraße, L) or the federal highway (Bundesstraße, B).
The Landesstraße will take you via Bonndorf, Dresselbach and Schluchsee lake. Drive through the village of Schluchsee, and take the B500 towards Waldshut. After about 3 km, turn right into the long curve to the right. The hostel is the third building on the left.
Easy to get to via the federal highway (Bundesstraße, B): stay on the B31 as far as Neustadt, the next exit is the B500/B317 towards Feldberg/Waldshut, turn off here. Drive as far as Bärental, then drive on the B500 towards Waldshut. When you drive past the village of Schluchsee, as described above, turn into the long curve on the right.
If you are coming from Freiburg on the B31, follow the same description as above, at Titisee leave the B31 and join the B500 towards Waldshut and then turn left in the Bärental valley and stay on the B500 until you get to the Seebrugg district.
