The house is open 8.00 a.m. - 10.00 p.m.
The reception is open 8.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. , 5.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Check-in 5.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Check out 08:00 to 10:00 am.
After 10:00 pm, access to the house is possible with a front door key.
Acceptance of groups of 20 persons or more also possible during closing times.
Hostel is open all year round except Christmas.
Arrival
Arriving by public transport
The hostel is 1.4 km away from Kehl train station. Take the regional 302 bus from the station as far as the Schwimmbadstraße stop. Turn left into Schwimmbadstraße and you can see the hostel on the right-hand side from there. Walk from the station to the hostel in about 20 minutes
- Cross Straßburger Straße towards the town centre;
- just before the pedestrian zone, turn right into Friedenstraße;
- walk along this road until you reach the grassy bank of the Rhine;
- then turn left into Ludwig-Trick-Straße and walk along that road;
- After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at the youth hostel on the left-hand side.

Arriving by car/bus
Via the A5 Karlsruhe-Basel, Appenweier exit
You can reach Kehl via the B28. Then take the exit "Neumühl / Sundheim" and go straight right into Schwimmbadstraße (you will cross roundabouts, take the 2nd exit to keep the direction).
If you are using GPS, please enter "Schwimmbadstraße" as final destination. Then please follow the signs to "Jugendherberge" ("Youth Hostel").
