Dear guests,
This is where the world and his brother come together! With its wealth of historical buildings, the old bishop's seat of Osnabrück is as important as it always has been: The city is characterised by the massive Roman cathedral of St. Peter and its many other churches; the Peace of Westphalia sealed at the Town Hall in 1648 brought peace to Europe; everywhere you turn there are traces of the city's eventful past, from Charlemagne to Felix Nussbaum; today, students from all over the world meet at the old baroque castle and in the old town's cosy little pubs.
And what if you just want some peace and quiet? Well, Osnabrück is situated between Teutoburg Forest and the Wiehen Hills. Set out and conquer a natural paradise - on foot or by bike.
There's plenty to discover. Prepare to be amazed!
We look forward to welcoming you.
