Activities for guests of Homburg Youth Hostel

Homburg is surrounded by hills and sprawling woodland in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Bliesgau. Schlossberg Caves - Europe's largest mottled sandstone caves - are really worth a visit, as is Homburg Cultural Park with its historical monuments. 38 km of well-signposted hiking circuits and 3 cycle trails allow visitors to fully discover Homburg and its surrounds. The Roman Museum, boat trips and plenty of nearby destinations for day trips mean there's no risk whatsoever of boredom.
