Our hostel is the ideal starting point for nature experiences. Trees grow as they please in the Steinwald Nature Park. The path continues into the Waldnaab valley. Here the river has worked its way through the granite over millions of years. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds of nature.
How about a trip to the neighboring Czech Republic?
You can experience action at the leisure pool and bowling alley in Weiden, the mini golf course and summer toboggan run in Mitterteich and the ice skating rink.
We will of course be happy to help you plan your program accordingly: the focus is always on strengthening team spirit and experiencing community.

Spend relaxing days in our beautiful youth hostel. The atmosphere and facilities of our hostel ensure pure relaxation.
At the T1 Youth Media Center, which is located in the youth hostel, you can book exciting media education modules for an exciting school trip, also with curriculum reference. You can learn all about the correct use of social media in workshops and seminars.
After the workshop, our large outdoor area awaits you: How about a round of bolts, beach volleyball or just sitting comfortably in the grass?
In the evening, you can sit around the campfire with the others and reflect on the day.
