Location & Arrival

Überlingen, on the scenic north shore of Lake Constance, directly across from the island of Mainau, is the town with the longest lakeside promenade in Germany. Three major public bathing beaches, a thermal bath with a spa area, the picturesque and historical old part of town, the minster and the many guild and patrician houses make Überlingen a great holiday resort on Lake Constance. In addition to its high recreational value, the resort of Überlingen also offers many destinations for excursions. Constance, Meersburg, Friedrichshafen and Lindau are also within easy reach, as are Switzerland and Austria. The hostel is located in the eastern part of the town, 100 m from the shore with open views across the lake.
