We are pleased to offer you vegetarian meals and meals without pork, but is subject to prior arrangement. Special diets like lactose-free and/or gluten-free or vegan meals can be also offered if discussed with the hostel managers in good times before (at least two week before arrival). Please note that special diet cost is not in the regular calculation included. Therefore, extra cost can occur.
Breakfast buffet: We offer several kinds of bread and rolls, butter, margarine, three kinds of sweet spread, coffee, different brands of tees, milk, fruit juice, cereals, three kinds of sausage and cheese, fresh side-dishes, yoghurt and/or quark, fuits.
Lunch buffet: beverage station with water and fruit juice, main course, starter and dessert, daily fresh salad buffet with two dressings.
Evening buffet: We offer several kinds of bread, butter, raw vegetables or salad, a warm delicacy as side-dish, several kinds of sausage and cheese, several sorts of tee or cold drinks
Morning coffee break (by request): for example coffee, tea, fruit juice, water, fruits and quark,buttered pretzel
Afternoon coffee break (by request): for example coffee, tea, cocoa, cake or pastry
Families and backpackers can add single meals on site.
According to prior agreement, we are prepared to adjust to vegetarian and religious conditioned food and offer special meals for sportsmen and seminar attendees.
For day trips we are happy to provide you with a lunch package and a hot dinner in the evening. For reasons of environmental protection, we kindly ask you to bring a appropriate lunch box for the packed lunch.
