Arriving by public transport
Pforzheim's train station is on the Karlsruhe-Stuttgart-Munich line.
The hostel is in the Dillweißenstein district in the Nagoldtal valley.
From Pforzheim main station, take the Kulturbahn train (towards Horb) to the Weißenstein stop (7 minutes' walk to the hostel) or take a number 3 bus from Pforzheim station to the "Burggartenstraße" stop (20 minutes), then walk to the hostel for 5 minutes.

Rail service for DJH members
The Community Travel GmbH offers DJH members discounted RIT tickets for a return journey within Germany - this applies only in conjunction with stays in a hostel. School classes and groups can make use of this offer. You must carry confirmation of your booking with you when travelling.

Arriving by bus/car
You can easily drive to Pforzheim via the A8 motorway (Karlsruhe-Stuttgart), Pforzheim Süd (south) or West exit, continue toward the centre of Pforzheim. Take the B463 towards Calw and you will automatically get to Dillweißenstein. At the Weißensteiner Nagold bridge, turn right and follow the signs.

You can also use the Hotelroute (hotel route) for guidance. Rabenek restaurant/hotel is right around the corner from us.

Please note that buses cannot drive up to the hostel. The "Burggartenstraße" stop is on the other side of Weißensteiner bridge. Guests can get off there. The walk to the hostel takes about another 5 minutes. Please note that the public buses of the VPE transport company halt at the stop every 15 minutes.

Coach park: drive on to Weißenstein station and turn. Drive back over Weißensteiner bridge and turn right. There's a small area immediate on the right. The bus can be parked there!

Low emission zone Pforzheim
From January 1st in 2013, a (green) EURO 4 Sticker is needed to get access to all existing low emission zones in Baden-Wuerttemberg. To avoid problems, please get your sticker before travelling to our Youth Hostel.
