Norderney-Dünensender Youth Hostel is located amidst the dunes in the eastern part of the island, in the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea National Park. The beach is just a 20-minute walk away, and it takes about an hour to get to the town centre. Norderney lets you get a taste of island life at its best: 80 km of walking and cycling trails are perfect for discovering the island. Climb the 253 steps up to the top of the lighthouse and be rewarded by an unforgettable view of Norderney.
120 beds in 20 rooms with between two and ten beds each. Communal showers on the ground floor of the Hostel. Guests can also use a dining room (up to 100 people).
Play amongst the sandcastles, soak up the natural atmosphere, splash around in the clear, shallow water - or perhaps you'd rather try the saltwater wave pool? It's entirely up to you! Sports fans will be spoilt for choice too: golf, horse riding, cycling, hiking or water sports - Norderney is sure to get you active!
