At the edge of the forest
Youth Hostel at the edge of the forest
Bright, cheerful cries echo through the forest. We relish the sound of birds singing and the rustling of the wind through the leaves. Laughter and singing can be heard from the lake, as guests bathe and splash about in the water. Once in a while you'll hear a loud chorus of "goooaaal" coming from the sports ground next door. And then suddenly you get a sense of adventure in your heart from the wild natural surroundings of our brightly coloured 'village' at the forest Youth Hostel. And what's behind the forest? Hop on a bike or take a canoe and explore the Peene Valley, the moor, the Baltic Sea coastline, the island of Usedom or whatever else you might be interested in. There is plenty to discover.
These are some of the highlights of the Murchin Youth Hostel:
- Great family holiday in a log cabin
- Plenty of discoveries on the Peene, which has rightly earned its name as the "Amazon of the North"
- Sunny island of Usedom: elegant imperial baths and extensive beaches
