Locations & directions

The Youth Hostel is location in the Loog district. Hammersee lake and a nature protection area are nearby. The East Frisian island of Juist is part of the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea National Park. There are two main built-up areas on the island: One is the bustling island village with its spa centre, water park and the "Nationalparkhaus", while the other is the tranquil district of Loog, where you'll find the Youth Hostel next to beautiful old Frisian houses and the Coast Museum. The supervised bathing area is just 200 m away. The main village can be reached from the Youth Hostel in 20 min - on foot or by horse-drawn 'bus'!

300 beds in rooms with between two and eight beds, including 20 group leader rooms with en-suite shower/WC. Washrooms, WCs and showers can be found on each of the floors. 7 group rooms.
