Climb, romp, discover: The newly designed Landschaftspark Nord is a real paradise for families. Right in the middle, in the former administration building of Thyssen Hüttenwerke, is the Duisburg Landschaftspark Youth Hostel. After a day full of experience and activity you can look forward to recovering and relaxing in the comfortable and modern rooms fitted with showers and toilets. The youth hostel is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the Ruhr and the anchor points of the Route of Industrial Heritage.

Something special for families

• Located in the centre of the Landschaftspark Nord, families can look forward to a variety of leisure activities: climbing on the ore bunkers, diving in the gasometer, high-ropes courses, adventure playground etc.
• Games and toys, cots, high chairs, bottle warmers, changing mats and family info folders are free of charge (but please reserve when booking).
