Due to the current situation, our reception is only open on demand. Booked guests are requested to indicate their arrival time (if possible in a time window of approx. 15 to max. 30 minutes). If there are no reservations, the reception will remain closed.
The room key also fits for the entrance door!
Hostel is open all year round except Christmas.
Arrival
The former Free Imperial City of Biberach, located in the heart of Upper Swabia, already achieved international importance in the Middle Ages through the production of Biberach fustian (cotton cloth). The old town centre, with its market square, fringed by stately half-timbered and town houses, is evidence of this. The hostel is in the eastern part of the town, in a small forest above the Rißtal valley. The town centre is about a 20-minute walk away. Near the hostel: outdoor swimming pool (5 minutes), mini golf (10 minutes), indoor swimming pool (15 minutes), bowling alley (15 minutes), keep-fit trail, sports field.
Arriving by public transport
You can walk to the hostel from Biberach an der Riss train station in 20 minutes. Please follow the "DJH" signs. By bus, take bus number 1, 250 or 253 from the bus station to the Hallensportbad/Freibad stop. The hostel is located above the indoor sports pool.Rail service for DJH members

Arriving by car/bus
You can arrive the Youth Hostel from the north on the A7 motorway (Senden/Hittisstetten exit) via the B30. After the Biberach Süd/Jordanbad exit, please follow the signs.Coming from the south on the B30 , take the Biberach Süd/Jordanbad exit and then follow the signs on the B312.
The hostel has 7 parking spaces for cars and 2 for coaches. They are free of charge.
