We are pleased to offer you vegetarian meals and meals without pork, but is subject to prior arrangement. Special diets like lactose-free and/or gluten-free or vegan meals can be also offered if discussed with the hostel managers in good times before (at least two week before arrival). Please note that special diet cost is not in the regular calculation included. Therefore, extra cost can occur.
Buffet breakfast: bio or fair trade coffee, different kinds of tea, cocoa, milk, fruit juice, water, different kinds of bread and rolls, butter, two or three kinds of jam, honey, chocolate, different types each of cold cuts and cheese, Rapunzel muesli of organic quality, flakes, pops, fruits, yoghurt or quark (curd cheese)
Lunch: During season (April to October) we will serve you a packed or grilled lunch instead of a buffet lunch. In the evening there will be an evening buffet with salad, hot main course and dessert. On request we will serve a buffet lunch with salad, hot main course and dessert on weekends. Off-Season we will serve you a lunch buffet on request. Drinks are always included.
Evening buffet: During season (April to October) there will be an evening buffet with salads, hot main course and dessert. Off-Season we will serve you an encouraging vesper with a hot meal. Drinks are always included.
Morning snack for groups (subject to reservation): coffee, tea, snacks, cakes, fruit and quark.

For reasons of environmental protection, we ask you to bring a lunchbox with you suitable for a packed lunch and a plastic drinks bottle.
