LAKE ADVENTURES Time to get out in nature! The youth hostel's sweet swimming spot is calling for a refreshing dip. While the grown-ups soak up the lake view from the beautiful terrace, the kids are off exploring the grounds. With fruit trees, soccer fields, volleyball courts, and ping pong tables, there's no shortage of opportunities to make new buddies. So, where are we? We're smack in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein's natural paradise, Holstein Switzerland, nestled between the North and Baltic Seas. There's water galore and a wild forest landscape that warmly welcomes you with open arms.

DOGS WELCOME! Furry friends are welcome to stay in the youth hostel for just €5 per night. Just be sure to abide by our dog house rules.

YOUR HOSTS are Ulrike Weißmann and Daniel Schindel, a lovely couple with a team that's fallen head-over-heels for beautiful Bad Malente. They'll show you why once you've been here, you'll never want to leave.

YOUR PROGRAM Your school trip could include raft-building and forest survival, adventure team-building, boat trips on the Kellersee, forest hikes, or a visit to the high ropes course. There's so much to get your heart racing!

YOUR YOUTH HOSTEL is a true gem by the lake. Four buildings are perfectly situated on a huge natural expanse, giving you all the freedom you need to let loose. You'll love all the games you can play in the forest, among the fruit trees, and with campfire snacks.
