The surrounding

Aachen,  the city of fountains and monuments, draws, due to its historical past, hundreds of thousands visitors annually. The Aachen Cathedral is the coronation church of the German Kings, burial site of Charlemagne and the first german UNESCO world heritage.- for many people the highlight of their city trip. Also the historical town hall and the Elisenbrunnen are important sights of the city. The unique site in the Three-Country-Point makes our youth hostel an ideal starting position for leisure activities into the inland and abroad. For example, wanderers will discover the region on the borderline routes, cyclists are delighted on the extensive net of optimally expanded cycle-paths. There`s a lot to discover for families, either at the costless family-sunday in the museums or on excursions into the park of nature Eifel.

Our house

As an Euroregional youth guest house, the youth hostel Aachen is a community centre for people from all over Europe. The combination of big city, nature and sports combines all of the advantages in one house and has a special appeal with our guests. Our lounge, the sun- patio and the bright seminar rooms are centres for encounter for young people with most diverse origin. Leisure- and sports groups, pupils on a class trip, families or independent travellers- here they all come together. As a partner for urban meetings, we are self-evidently offering our conference and seminar attendees a professional setting. Ten bright and friendly conference rooms, a separate seminar house and modern technique are at your disposal. Cyclists are delighted about the service of a “bed&bike“ accommodation.
