Cologne - cool cathedral city
The Cologne Cathedral is the centre of the city and from here, the discovery of the most famous museums and Cologne’s most popular shopping area, the Hohe Straße and the Schildergasse, starts. After climbing up all the 509 steps of the cathedral tower, you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Afterwards, you can relax with a Kölsch or a cup of coffee in the cosy Old Town or you can enjoy the city’s atmosphere on the River Rhine Promenade. In the evening, you can choose between Techno, Hip Hop, theme parties and live concerts. Cologne is known as a club and party city. In Cologne, everything is possible: amazement, feasting, shopping, partying and relaxing! Youth Hostel Cologne- Deutz: really “kölsch”!
The modern youth hostel is located on the right side of the Rhine with a view of the cathedral separated from the Old Town only by the river. Many of Cologne’s sights are within walking distance. The Trade Fair Centre and LANXESSArena are only 200 metres away. Target audience

Two overnight stays on weekends (Friday to Sunday) in a double-bed, family or multi-bed room, beddings and breakfast buffet.

You get a package with tourist information of your destination and a brochure of the youth hostel.
Bus& Train
The ticket for public transport in Cologne is included. With this ticket, you can use all the busses and trains within the district for 48 hours.
Extension / Single room
It is of course possible to extend your stay. The costs comply with the current price list and are booked together with the weekend-package. If you book a single room, there will be an additional charge. Payment and documents
After receiving your binding weekend booking, we will send you a booking confirmation/bill by post.
4 weeks after the commencement date of your stay, the full amount is due. If you want to give us a direct debit authorization, the invoice amount will be debited 4 weeks before the commencement date. If you book 10 days or less before your stay, the invoice amount is due immediately. If you cancel or chance your reservation, an amount of 15€ per person will be charged.
The documents will be sent to you before your stay after receiving the invoice amount.
