Our kitchen team will be happy to cater for vegetarian or religious eating habits. We set great store by providing a balanced and modern diet, which includes serving only TransFair coffee and meat from animals bred under humane conditions, as well as certified organic whole-grain bakery products.

In our hostel, we only serve TransFair coffee. This coffee is organically grown under controlled conditions and marketed under fair trading arrangements. The fruit and vegetables used in cooking are partly from controlled organic cultivation, with preference given to products in season.
Our whole-grain baked products as well as muesli mixes and cereals also are organic.
Our meat and cold meat products are supplied by Thönes Natur-Verbund - a company with more than 10 years’ experience paying particular attention to guarantee of origin, humane and environmentally benign animal husbandry and feeding, short transport distances for livestock and low-stress slaughtering procedures developed by Thönes. With its philosophy and self-imposed strict guidelines, Thönes Natur-Verbund is the no. 1 in Germany.

Every Tuesday from 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
It simply goes like this: if you have ordered a Tuesday evening meal for yourself or your group you can help yourself from our pizza buffet to your heart’s content. For every four persons we provide 1 litre of Pepsi Cola to go with the food.
All for only 5.50 € per person
Barbecue Night
Every Thursday from 1st May to 25th September 2008 from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
From our selection you choose two kinds of meat to be freshly grilled for you by our kitchen team. While the meat is cooking, you can help yourself from the buffet of side dishes.
If a barbecue is not feasible due to bad weather, we will provide an alternative.
All for only 6.- € per person
Fingerfood-Buffet
Every Thursday from 3rd January until 24th April 2008 and from 2nd October until 18th December 2008 from 6.00 to 7.30 p.m.
It simply goes like this: all offered meals can be eaten without spoons, fork or knives. Help yourselves at our rich buffet, and try our delicacies for only 5.50 € per person
