The Hostel is located on the Venusberg, on the edge of the Kottenforst Nature Reserve, four kilometres from Bonn city centre. Bonn YH was awarded the title of “Partner of Sustainable Bonn“ and is a member of the “Conference Venue for Sustainability“ campaign. All participants in this project are part of the hotel and catering industry and have developed individual sustainability strategies covering aspects such as energy, water, waste management and sourcing of fair trade food products.

For our tasty buffet meals, we use as many fresh seasonal ingredients as possible. The meat comes exclusively from animals bred under humane conditions. Our team will be happy to take any particular catering requirements into account and adapt meal times to fit into your event schedule.
On request: Afternoon coffee with pasties • Snacks • Lunch packs • Special events such as: Pizza – all you can eat: Help yourself from the large pizza buffet as often as you like – one soft drink included in the price. Barbecue Night: The catering team will do the barbecuing for you – with a buffet of tasty side dishes.
