Youth Hostel usage The stay in our youth hostels is subject to the "terms and conditions of youth hostels" as well as the "rules of the house" of each youth hostel. Family rates Families with at least one underage child pay the so-called junior rate. Accommodation and food for children under six years is free. For children under three years in company of adults, accommodation and food is free. Children between the age of three to six years receive a reduction of 50% for all fees stated in the table. "27 Plus" rates Members over 27 years have to pay an extra charge of 3 € for each night. Fees for group leaders The junior fees apply for single and double rooms for teachers, group leaders with a group card as well as for participants in educational and training measures. Accommodation for more than three overnight stays In some of the youth hostels within our regional association, the confirmation of booking for more than three overnight stays can be subject to the demand of halb-board for cost-effective reasons. Single and double room occupancy In case of desired and contingent overnight stay of a single person in a single or double room, an additional fee of 10 € may be charged in some of our youth hostels. In case of desired and contingent overnight stay of two persons in a double room or in a shared room, an additional fee of 5 € per persons may be charged. Extra services We kindly ask you to discuss the fees for conference and workshop offers as well as extra services for events for catering directly with the hostel managers. Special all inclusive programmes for schools and school excursions are offered in our brochure "Klassen Mobil 2009 Süd". This brochure is available in our branch in Stuttgart. Occupancy information Information on vacant accommodation for group occupancies can be obtained directly at the particular youth hostel. |
