The modern youth guest house
The surroundings The youth guest house is located in the Dachau-Ost district of the town; a small wood to its rear is ideal for going for walks or jogging. The town has a good public transport network, and the old quarter is a 25 minute walk away; the Concentration Camp Memorial Site is 15 minutes away on foot.
Die Umgebung Innerhalb der Stadt Dachau liegt das Jugendgästehaus Dachau im ruhigen Stadteil Dachau-Ost. Ein kleines Wäldchen direkt hinter dem Jugendgästehaus ist für Spaziergänge und einen Waldlauf bestens geeignet. Innerhalb Dachau sind die städtischen Verkehrsbetriebe mit einem guten Netz augestattet. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 25 Minuten erreichbar, die Gedenkstätte ist in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Take the S-Bahn S 2 to Petershausen, get off in Dachau, take the Dachau municipal bus 722 and 726 to John-F.-Kennedy-Platz, then it is a 3 minutes walk.
By car/coach
Follow the A9, change onto the A92 in direction Stuttgart, leave at junction Oberschleissheim in direction Dachau, B471 and join Badersfeld, Dachauer Straße (B471). Head straightforward until you are entering Dachau. Follow the Schleissheimer Straße, turn right into Theodor-Heuss-Straße, turn left into Sudetenlandstraße, John-F.-Kennedy-Platz and head straightforward onto Sudetenlandstraße, head straightforward onto Erich-Ollenhauer-Straße and turn right into Roßwachtstraße.
